From our first contact with Henry, a few days after our bereavement, to our last meeting after the funeral, we have received the highest level of service and consideration. Henry provided suggestions that made the whole process so straight forward and without putting Ellis's commercial considerations first. On the day of the funeral Henry was checking the church, the seating and access arrangements hours before.
