Worst experience ever.
Had to call head office to redeem the plan as local offices could not sort it.
Communication was terrible once I got through as none of the telehandlers could barely speak English.
They seemed deaf too as too much background noise from other callers.
They kept saying everything was resolved then asked us to call the local offices. Note they could not apparently relay the approvals directly which is strange as it's their people! Once I called the local offices to say the plan was redeemed by they came back and said no it wasn't.
This went back and forth week by week.
