Shelley and her team kindly accomodated every request we had, even the 'unusual' ones, in detail. They listened and understood our requirements and gently made suggestions along the way without us feeling pressured to accept. The communication was excellent. I especially appreciated the way Shelley cared for my 90 yro Dad. Mum would have liked how her own 'day' turned out. Thank you.

We would like to thank everyone at Welch & Sons for the kindness and compassion showed to us in regards to our Mum's day. A special thank you to Oli who organised everything for us. Nothing was too much trouble and the small details in wearing yellow ties and the sunflower pin badges (Mum's favourite flower) were a beautiful touch and we thank him so much for that.
