Would just like your say, Arthur C Towners were brilliant from the first conversation, Steven was very sympathetic, kind, helpful, and clear. Trying to help organise a funeral for mum’s partner Sam, and suddenly I ended up in hospital for 6 days and sadly was not able to attend the funeral, but I felt at ease knowing the level of professionalism and care coming from these guys. Mum, as am I are forever grateful.

They certainly knew what to do and performed their duties. I thought communication was okay at best leading up to the service and on the day was for me was sadly non existent.
