I cannot thank Francis enough for her so incredibly kind, compassionate & efficient support. Hannah is simply an amazing Funeral Director & literally went the extra mile to make our day special. Also must highly recommend our lovely celebrant Aussie Geoff. He is a legend!! The cars were new & our lovely driver Sarah was great. Was so grateful that they were there for me and took the stress out off the saddest of days. Cannot fault them on anything.

After losing my wife at a young 61 suddenly and without without prior knowledge of her condition my world crumbled and for the first time in my life I was totally lost, this is where Francis and Hannah stepped in to help me navigate my way through the necessary arrangements which needed to be done. They were very open compassionate and helped with organising everything we had wished for in celebrating a loved ones life taking time to listen being an ear to ones story of a life lived.
