Sadly my father passed away and I used to T Allan Rochester, for the services they provide, as this is also where my late nan , grandad, uncle had their funerals,I know my dad was in good hands . I could not of asked for a better ,more professional approach the celebrant for the and performed the eulogy service was Martin Bass who I could not fault 👏 and he went there extra mile and added that extra touch that made it even more personal and made the services go smoothly making it easier to say goodbye, i will forever be grateful 🙏

It's our first Christmas without Dad, our mums husband of 64 years. We were talking today of how wonderful T Allen were in supporting us during the worst times of our lives..every detail was perfect for Dad..So very respective, so kind and genuinely caring. Mum came to visit Dad, she came away peaceful that he looked so peaceful and handsome. My Dad was a huge man in body and spirit. Our Big Ben . Thank you so much 💓

I wish that I could give more than 5 stars to T Allen funeral service. They have been amazing in these strange times organising and carrying out my dad's funeral. Through out the whole process they have demonstrated kindness, respect and dignity towards my dad and our family. I would highly recommend T Allen funeral service, they went above and beyond and I am eternally thankful to them.

Sophie provided the worst customer service experience in my life- in fact one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. Inadequate cold storage and jewellery went missing but they blame the hospital. Mishandled the planning of my husband's funeral so badly that it had to be cancelled and rearranged with Co-op Funeral care (who I very highly recommend). Horrendous experience and I will be taking further action.
