Young's handled the funerals for both parents - one in 2018 and the other in 2023. Young's were superb both times. They got the tone right at all stages, both ceremonies went very smoothly, the humanist celebrant (Martin Murphy), that they work with, was brilliant and Claire and Lorraine were excellent. For both bereavements all the Young's team made a very difficult time much easier to deal with and we are very grateful to them. We would recommend Young's without hesitation.

Such compassion and professionalism. A difficult time when our dad died, Claire even on my first call to query about service, showed great compassion and I knew my dad would be safe in their hands. Our dad was always treated with the greatest respect and nothing was too much trouble for the team in Youngs. Nicola would check in every day, and coordinated the registrar, purchasing of lair, flowers, order of service, reading a poem on behalf of my mum, to driving my dad to his final resting place.
