So professional. Not something we have to do normally but was guided so well and felt comfortable. Every member of staff was so respectful. I knew when the day came I didn’t need to worry about anything. We didn’t have enough family to carry his coffin and they even did that for us. I’m so grateful that he was treated with so much care and respect.

Can’t thank everyone at Joseph Potts funeral home enough, they are all so kind and patient, especially would like to thank John who went above and beyond to ensure everything went as we wished.
