I cannot thank Jim, Frazer, Anne and the rest of the family on the way we were treated as a family when my dad suddenly passed away last August. We were at a loss as this was sudden and they made sure we understood and was listened to and respected from the minute they turned up to my mums house that morning to collect him. Jim was never off the phone making sure we were supported and to keep us up to date. He kept to his word and delivered the service on the date he told us. He even accommodated moving it a day so it didn’t interfere with what would have been mum and dads wedding anniversary.
