On behalf of me and my family i would like to thank the staff at the Co Operative for helping us arrange my dad's funeral. They were very professional and considerate of our loss especially in this difficult time!! I would especially like to thank Michael as he gave us every opportunity possible to spend the remainder of my dad's time here with us.
As everyone is aware Covid 19 has impacted on how funerals are prepared for and carried out now which is why I am so thankful to Michael of what time we had.

Arranged my daughters funeral through co-op muiryhall st,
The funeral itself went well, celebrant was fantastic, but funeral home staff are shocking,
First of all there was an overpayment that we had to call repeatedly to get fixed,
And the promise of callbacks from Karen were non existent, until we got in touch with there head office, At what was the worst time of our lives this was just unacceptable,
We also asked for a fingerprint from our daughter, which we never received, something that can’t be fixed,
Heartbroken to say the least

Funeral directors couldn't direct traffic . Arranged a funeral for friends made a complete arse of filling in forms that they do every day legal forms for crematorium then tippexed over them unacceptable for legal reasons.cant get body cremated all family from all over Britain on way supposed to b tomorrow cancelled because off incompetence at CO-OP FUNERAL DIRECTORS COATBRIDGE. Wot a way to treat a greaving widow st 75 n her distraught family left completely in the lurch .
