Went to use the services of this parlour in Larkhall for my late father and was dealt with by Rachel who is the most unprofessional and arrogant person I have dealt with.
The complete disrespect she had for me and my family was atrocious and I have now went elsewhere. Never again will I recommend or use any cooperative services again.
