★☆☆☆☆ This is a follow up post after leaving a complaint and review with their Wishaw office. I went to the Adjudicator with my complaint, and while they found evidence of bad service, they shockingly found that good customer service isn't included in a contract members of the public enter into when employing a funeral home and so my complaint wasn't upheld. All a funeral home has to do is uplift, store, and then bury the deceased body without behaving in a polite and respectful manner. If you have the luxury of time before your loved one dies, go around a number of funeral homes. This one was chose
