We recently used Moons for my father's funeral and they couldn't have done a better job in making our final farewell the best it could be. Sophie was very professional, attentive and approachable. She coordinated arrangements between family members during an extremely painful time making the whole process hassle free. Sophie orchestrated the cremation, catering, transport to the the family's wishes. Sophie also had lots of advice when making the arrangements which helped us. The whole team at Moon’s went above and beyond to prepare a wonderful and dignified service for Dad. They were always available to answer any doubts or concerns that we had regarding arrangements - one cannot put into words how much this sort of thoughtful and completely devoted service means to a grieving family.
