I felt that Layton Funeral Directors looked after me and were very reassuring, which is what's needed in times of enormous stress and grief experienced when a close relative passes (in this case my mum). Susan is very approachable and they are prepared to be flexible and tailor a funeral accordingly if you have any issues or special requirements.
