Nothing was too much trouble. They kept us informed at every step of the way through the funeral arrangement. Made things much easier to deal with things during a very emotional time. And huge shout out to Andrew the celebrant, again a fabulous service, made the day perfect, can’t fault them.

I can't find the words to express the service received from JT Byrne. Please take time to read the other reviews they say it well. Our mother was given a send-off fit for a queen. The whole experience from walking through the door for the first time to even now after the burial we are still being supported, and the whole family have commented how different this funeral was to others they have attended. JT Byrne seems to only use services that complement their standards. We will be forever grateful for the exceptional send-off you gave our mother.

Bit shaded means as my late partner family was told by Angela I couldn't sign for his funeral as we wasn't married and the greatniece needed to sign so she could defraud the DHS of the funeral grant death now with the coroner due to massive overdose at the hospital but I changed all paperwork to my name. Now his so called greatniece is after my house that he left to me thinking the another will well he didn't sign the other one so good luck. I had lots of problems with this company and wouldn't use it again I've left instructed for my family not to use them iv got screen shots of the conversat
