I highly recommend David and the team at William Houghtons, garstang road. My dads sudden passing was a heartbreaking time for us all but David made this process somewhat easier. Nothing was to much trouble, he went above and beyond. David talked us through everything, showing compassion and empathy. The respect he gave to my dad and my family is something i cannot put into words and something i will always remember. As l had never organised a funeral before l had no idea where to start, along came David from the Fulwood office. He explained everything to me in a compassionate, professional, friendly and helpful way. He gave expert advice on the type of coffin, flowers, music, the service etc..
No problem was too much for him. The price he quoted was the price l paid, no hidden extra charges.
