Rashid and his team were absolutely amazing. When we went to see Rashid about arranging my dad's funeral, nothing was too much trouble. He made us laugh while we were planning the funeral, which is definitely something you don't expect to do when planning a funeral. He arranged everything for us, which made it less stressful. The minister he got to do the service was absolutely brilliant. My dad was a life long rovers fan, the minister is the official chaplain for blackburn rovers. That would have made my dad's day.
