The funeral of my late mother in law can only be described as a shambles. Both Sarah & Paul are not at all presentable, from head to toe they were not well dressed and at some meetings were not in clean clothes and had dirty fingernails. Not what you expect from funeral directors at all. A door on the limo didn't open and the family had to all go through one door and shuffle along the seats.
The service, that Sarah conducted, was very poor and was not personable or a true reflection of life at all. Poems got included that had never been discussed and at times the service could have been ab
