★★★★★
I cannot fault the service offered by Langshaw Calverley when my mum died. From the first moment we met Zoe we knew it would be right for us. Everything was very professional and mum was treated with care and dignity throughout. Fleur made the process easy ensuring we had all we needed at each stage, service sheets, photos, flowers, cars and certificates. The celebrant Jill led the service with the right balance of empathy and celebration which was appreciated by all. I would recommend using Langshaw Calverley to everyone.

I had no problems at all with Langshaw. They organised and accommodated us with ease and comfort. All request were met with "no problem" and their was nothing that they wouldn't do for me. My thanks for all you did, especially Fleur who was the front and main contact, again my thanks Jane

Very poor communication, this funeral was arranged to be as close to my brother's wishes as possible. I was very grateful that I was able to say my goodbye close to my home but disappointed I was never given a cremation date. Is that too much to expect!

Langshaw Calverley Funeral Directors were professional, efficient and considerate. However, I was not impressed with The Dignity Group. Less than a week after my husband's funeral service had taken place, I received a sales call from Dignity to ask if I had a Funeral Plan with them and if I would like to attend an Open Day with a view to taking out a plan. I consider that this was an incredibly insensitive and unprofessional and extremely rude at such an upsetting time.

I am trying to find a method of contacting your funeral directors via email. I do not wish to place a telephone call since I live in Canada. My cousin Thomas Henry Peel died on Monday April 27, 2020 and arrangements have been made with your company to conduct a service at Accrington Crematorium on May 14. I have searched in vain for a funeral notice, an obituary & or an email address in order to contact your company to access a funeral notice. It would seem that such a simple service is not offered by your company & I was curious as to what reason such a service would not be offered for family
