I may be too traditional but I would expect a funeral director to be smartly dressed when he meets relatives for a visit and I would also expect to be given some privacy. It was also upsetting to see my relative lying at rest in what looked more like a store room with random cabinets, dirty chairs, dirty carpet, and the lining of the cardboard coffin also having dirty marks on it. The pillow looked like an afterthought and wasn't placed properly. Unfortunately some soft music and a religious ornament do not make a chapel of rest. Everything until after the funeral was fine. However, contacted several times over an extensive period of time to collect ashes. Despite reassurances they were being stored at a separate location, I have never been able to arrange collection.

AVOID using this ‘company’ at all costs, the creepy owner doesn’t know his left from his right, the buildings that he likes to call chapels of rest are absolutely DISGUSTING wouldn’t leave a pigeon in there let alone a loved one and he has not got an ounce of sympathy or care in him he’s more bothered about the pay cheque.
