Even with the service taking place in Matlock, Derbyshire, it was faultless, it was easy and there was such a touching level of professionalism and dignity that I wholeheartedly do not believe we would have gotten anywhere else.
Jo was our funeral director, and what moved me most about her conduct was the depth of her care, compassion and respect for my father in law and our family.
