In the most difficult of circumstances, Lisa immediately put my mind at ease. Her calm manner, coupled with a genuine warmth really helped. Her real interest in my late husband's story was very comforting and I know the notes she took about my husband's life in turn, was very much appreciated by Alison, the Celebrant. Although I didn't meet Jane face to face, her helpful manner on the telephone was calming and reassuring. On the day of the service itself, all the staff - from Aimee to the drivers were superb.
