No words can describe the care Watson B J gave me and my family with the funeral of my grandma Margaret. From the lady in the reception who was very caring and understanding when we came to visit my grandma. To the undertaker who was present on the day of the funeral. The man walked from my dad's house to church in front of the Hurst. We went past my grandma old house on the way to the burial. The undertaker got out, walked past her house then paused for a brief second. They literally sorted everything out for us so that took a lot of stress from us. I will be using again. I just hope I don't
