Losing our mum/nana was one of the hardest things we have ever gone through, but the care, compassion and professionalism shown by the funeral directors made such a difficult time a little easier to bear. From start to finish all my family have been treated with the upmost respect.All the staff have been understanding that we have to travel from outside the area to make arrangements and also to see our mum. They opened up out of hours so we could make all the arrangements and to see our mum/Grandma/great grandma. Who ever did mum's makeup and dressed her did us proud they got it spot on, mum looked just as if she would of done if she did the makeup herself.
