From start to finish, Richard was just brilliant, his empathy, respect and constant communication was amazing while we navigated this difficult journey the care and kindness showed to my dad while he was in their care was so comforting, James whom we met the morning of the funeral walked us through the whole service and was on hand if we needed anything, I have no bad word to say, I would definitely recommend for anyone having to make any arrangements like we did.

Amazing colleagues at WestGate who were attentive, supportive and went over, above and beyond our expectations as a family.
It was very personable to our dad and done with care about dad and to us as a family.
The service itself was incredible and fit for a king, with stunning horses, in red, to compliment dads favourite things, the fire station he worked in and his beloved Liverpool football club, alongside a black carriage, hearse and limo with red ribbons to match. The colleagues even dressed in black and red to compliment dad's day.
