From the first phone call to Dignity and Porters within an hour of my father's passing to the finest details of the funeral the kindness, support, empathy and professionalism given was everything we needed, but moreover everything we wanted as well . The Funeral of my Mother was dealt with in a Caring and Sympathetic way. Each part of the Funeral was discussed and approved by myself from choosing the Coffin to the colour of the Ties that were to be worn by the attendants on the day. I was contacted when my Mother's Ashes were ready to be collected and they were presented to me in the Casket I had chosen which had been placed in Heavy Duty Carrier Bag to make it easier for me to carry them to my Car. I would thoroughly recommend Dignity for all Funeral needs and am going to take out a Dignity Funeral Plan for myself based on this experience

J and A Porter cared for my mum after she passed. We received nothing but amazing service from start to finish, we couldn’t fault the dignity that they provided for our loved one. I would highly recommend them to anyone.. nothing was too much trouble and the respect that came with the service was second to none. Derek especially went above and beyond answering all my questions. All the staff that we met were very kind and friendly and the chapels were so lovely inside. Morning was too much trouble.
