I don't often leave reviews for anything. But I wanted to try and help others, if like me someone close to you passes and you are not sure what do. I called JJ Martin at 4am not really knowing what to expect, my mind had gone blank with shock. I was greeted by Edward on the phone who explained clearly what I needed to do and what to expect. My family used the services of JJ Martin following the death of my beloved father earlier this year. We could not have been better looked after. Edward Waller, as the front man for this firm, was warm, kind, respectful and empathetic, and also wonderfully efficient and prompt. He took on all the issues of the cremation service, the subsequent Thanksgiving service and eventually the interment of ashes. He also took all the paper work off our shoulders.
