robert, kathryn and family are very professional robert was lovely when my son chris passed away did not rush arranging the funeral infact it did not feel like we was arranging a funeral, i felt like my son was there son he wasnt just a number, kathryn was very kind when we spoke on the phone aswel as rebeka they helped us if we needed advice, robert was amazing when we went to the chapel of rest gave us plenty of hugs which was nice, was never rushed to leave, my son looked good at the chapel, i would highly reccomend them. thankyou robert, kathryn and family.
