It was my first time organising a funeral. Lynn was so kind, patient and sensitive in helping us through this difficult time. She took the time and care to make sure it was exactly as we wished. On the day Bobby led so beautifully, walking the coffin from the house and then all the way up the crematorium drive. In such a difficult time Marsdens helped me and my family to take the worry out of the organisation and focus on our grief. Thank you.
