How do you write a review about such an emotional part of your life? My mother chose Windles before it became the Co-op and when the time came, we stayed with her request.
From first contact to the service itself, everything was handled with respect and care. It was nice that everyone referred to mum as mum and not the deceased, it was as though she was still with us and being looked after out of sight, which ultimately made everything a little bit easier when it came to the day of the funeral.
