Very good service at first then trailed off. William measured my mum wrong & she was squeezed into a coffin with her knees bent. Kept me waiting outside his shop in waterfoot & a time was arranged so I could see my mum.

The packaging was not secure and my relatives ashes had come out of the bag and mixed into the outer packaging! Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful service!
