H.J. Whalley dealt with the preparations for our baby’s funeral. We were looked after by Sarah she was amazing at talking us though every step of the process. She would send pictures and update us regularly. When they arrived at the crematorium they were in a limo and everyone was dressed very smartly this was something we weren’t expecting as the coffin was so tiny. They stayed throughout the service. Their service was very professional and caring and we would highly recommend them to anyone.
