Nothing short of perfect. From first contact the whole funeral was just what we as a family asked for.. Billy at Uppingham Road saw to everything we asked for. Maggie from Vaughan Way was so genuine and so kind too.. all the pall bearers and drivers made his last trip beautiful. Our lady who did his service made sure every detail was correct. As the family came together for Paul's wake .. they all commented about the wonderful treatment we all received.. Paul..you were loved so much..even with your Tottenham flag and flowers. My first meeting was with Rosie. I called on the off chance to arrange a meeting. Shae was so accommodating in providing me with the opportunity to come and meet her and discuss making arrangements for my father. She was able to talk me through the process in a kind and emphatic manner. I felt at ease immediately. The email communication was excellent. I was arranging things whilst living away from Leicester and the team were fantastic. I spoke to Rosie, Kayleigh and Nicola over the phone and by email. They always accommodated me and I never felt rushed when discussing things with them.

My Thanks to Ginns and Gutteridge and especially Helen who looked after us with care, compassion and patience and guided us through a most difficult time with the passing of Mum. The last great thing you can do for a loved one is the send off they would like and without doubt, Ginns and Gutteridge facilitated every part of the process with complete professionalism.
