Butterfly Funeral services are the best, 4 years ago I lost my husband, quite unexpectedly, Shane and Danielle came to my house and talked me through the whole process. They were both very kind and considerate and wanted to know all about my husband and what his wishes would be.
My husband was a biker and loved his Harley Davidson and wasn’t religious, Shane and Danielle gave me so many options and really listened to me, no sales push just pure advice and guidance so I could give my husband the send off that he would have wanted.

Shane and his team are exceptional. They are so friendly and professional from the moment we met them, from collecting my dad from his care home to taking my dad on his final journey. Shane kept in touch through out . He was always available and took care of everything for us. The dignity and care he showed to my dad was outstanding it was as though he was still with us. As my dad played rugby for Cardiff many years ago, Shane even did the coffin lining in Cardiff blue and engraved a rugby ball on the outside of the coffin.
