I cannot fault this Funeral Company based on Saffron Lane at all. . There is nothing they can do to improve their service. From the first meeting with darling Sarah till being taken to the wake, they were absolutely brilliant and faultless. They even took us from Gilrose Cemetery to Saffron Hill Cemetery to lay the flowers. Stuart the celebrant, conducted the service beautifully and was very helpful with the organisation of the funeral.
I have to make a special mention of Sarah, what an amazing, wonderful young woman. She is an absolute credit to her profession. Such a kind, caring human being

I would like to say that our Mothers funeral couldn't have been arranged any better. From the first contact through to being dropped off at the Wake. Everything went very smooth and a lot of the stress was taken off our shoulders.
Nikki at Saffron Lane, Leicester was brilliant, she made us feel at ease from the start and nothing was too much trouble for her.
As far as the actual funeral was concerned, the drivers and people escorting us were very attentive and went out of their way to make sure we were all OK.

The way in which Sarah based at the saffron lane branch. Looked after my self and the family was amazing. Julie the celebrant was so kind and with the reading. Made it sound she knew my husband personally. I could not have asked for anything more.
