We had the added issue of being based in London and trying to arrange a funeral in Leicester- we didn't know the area or local shops/ flowers etc. Pam took her time to talk through everything with me. A huge thank you to Nas and Pam at the Asian Funeral Company. It's never an easy time when a loved one passes away but Nas and Pam were caring and showed great empathy and respect. After my first call I arranged a visit to see Nas at the office. The whole process was explained to me and the costs. There was no push to purchase any additional items and I felt completely at ease and confident that my father would be well looked after while in their care.
