Would highly recommend Paul Pender and Son. Great staff, quirky surroundings and amazing service. Sarah was wonderful with explaining everything and organising. They were always at the end of the phone for questions and queries. On the funeral day the boys were amazing, talking me through what would happen next. Great time keepers and again great service. All very professional and respectful. Will use Paul Pender again in the unfortunate event of arranging a funeral. Also, the total price was actually a lot less than I expected.

I would like to offer my heartfelt thanks to all the staff at Paul Pender & Son for their compassion, warmth and care when my mother sadly passed away just before Christmas 2025. Truly an excellent service at a very difficult time. Visiting my Mum in the funeral home was a very emotional experience, but she looked so peaceful, as if she had just fallen asleep.
