I would like to express my family's huge thanks to all at Reflection Funeralcare and, in particular, to Fern who was never too busy to talk, answer questions at any time. I knew we had chosen the right team when Fern told me on the phone in the early hours of Tuesday morning, that she would care for mum as if she was her own.
