She answered our queries really quickly, often in her own time, and was unwaveringly supportive. Richard was superb in his professional and thoughtfulness manner and his appropriate sense of humour was much needed and really helped brighten our days. Phil was again wonderful and caring and guided me through the whole coffin bearing process which helped so much.
