Well very professional back in 2021 My grandfather died. It was a very sad death and tragic loss for us all, due to where my nanna and grandad lived (on a boat) we had to ask for a private ambulance due to bridge hight etc) anyway chris arrived on time, was very professional he even opened the doors of the van to let me say one last goodbye. The whole way there they were amazing. We got him cremated. By far the best send off we could’ve ever asked for, so a very well done to the team on a very sad day.
