I took a large framed picture of the deceased with specific instructions we wanted it displayed at the church. When we attended the funeral we did not see it. Upon asking about it, we were told it had gone in the coffin. I really don’t understand how this could have happened. Just disappointed as the staff were so good and helpful with all the planning.
