I have never had to arrange a funeral before. Front of house staff, especially Lisa, made the whole experience a smooth, sympathetic and stress free journey for us. We sadly lost two parents within weeks of each other and I felt very supported by all staff members under such sad circumstances. Each funeral was carried out with extreme care and professionalism by all staff involved. A big thank you for behind the scenes staff for taking such good care of my parents.
