Mark & Paula were extremely supportive at a very difficult time for me. I didn't want the standard funeral and they worked me to create something very personal and meaningful, together we created a unique coffin and chose a natural burial at Bird Song. Mark very patiently talked my nephews through bearing the coffin & the celebrant that Mark recommended made the service so personal, I couldn't have wished for more & I felt that my husband would have approved. I first met Mark and Paula on the passing of my dad through his care home. Meeting them both for the first time I felt completely safe in their hands, having to deal with a passing of a loved one for the first time.
