Sharon and the Arnolds team at their Lincoln branch have been absolutely phenomenal. They have made a very difficult time bearable and given Dad the send off he deserved. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them, nothing was too much trouble and we were kept in the loop every step of the way from the day they collected Dad to the day of the funeral. Mike and team have been absolutely brilliant taking care of our mum and arranging her funeral. Mike was kind and compassionate and took care of everything, explaining the process, taking the time to understand what we wanted, including the florist. He answered every interim question personally and patiently. I would absolutely recommend this company if you have a funeral to organise, as it is done with warm and compassion. Our celebrant Rachel Elizabeth was fantastic too, taking the time to put together a personal and human celebration and farewell to mum.

I had never organised a funeral before and turned up on their doorstep after losing my dad. Mike welcomed me in and sat me down in their lovely reception. I wanted to have an informal discussion on what's required so that I can go talk to the family prior to the formal meeting. He took his time to explain everything they would need to know and booked in for the following day to go through in detail.
