I popped into the Sutton on Sea branch of Arnold's today to enquire where I might be able to get a replacement lid for a flower vase on my father's gravestone. The assistant checked what colour I was looking for; (silver) and then said hold on and popped into the back. She then came out with a lid and very kindly gave it to me, explaining it was a spare. This was a lovely unexpected generous thing to do and made a distressing visit to my parents graves so much easier. Sometimes a simple, small gesture is all it takes. Thank you.
