Despite it being a sad and testing time I have nothing but praise for all at Funeralcare, Tottenham. They were kind and understanding and helped us through the process of arranging a funeral. The flowers from the recommended florist were lovely and they accommodated are requests for slightly different arrangements. It was made more stressful by the lack of help we were given and the telephone and internet not working at the funeral home . It seemed they were more interested in money rather than helping us . We were never informed of anything we had to constantly ask for information . It was a shambles from beginning . If it was not for the celebrant we would never of managed to arrange anything . Thank you Andrew Bull for your amazing work it was so much appreciated .
