My mum died in 2024 and it was the hardest time of my life. And you have that period of reflection, of all the things that you didn’t do.. the guilt etc Part of that is I never expressed how grateful I was by how amazing Catherine was (is) and how she looked after us in more ways than one. Care and efficiency was excellent. Very happy with the cost and efficiency and simplicity of the Direct Cremation I had chosen for both my parents. Thea was a great help in that she filled out a lot of the form filling on my behalf (obviously with the information I had already given her), before our appointment. She personally called me after the Cremation to let me know that everything went well and to find out how I was! In fact I appointed this branch of Longhurst in Ewell, twice, as unfortunately both my parents passed away within 20 days of each other.
