When my mum’s beloved dog, Laila, passed away one evening around 8 p.m., I was out of town and completely at a loss for what to do. I contacted Paws to Ashes with very short notice, and within just two hours they arrived with such compassion and care to collect Laila and take her back to their facility.
Their kindness and professionalism at such a difficult and unexpected time meant the world to me and my family. They treated Laila with the utmost dignity and helped ease a moment that felt impossible. I genuinely don’t know what I would have done without them that night.

I could not recommend this company enough. Our elderly dog passed away in his sleep and we suddenly realised we didn't have a plan in place for what we would do. After speaking to a few different companies, we chose Paws2Ashes. They were quick, incredibly respectful and treated our boy like he was still with us. Such a good service and would use them again; 100%. Only slight issue was the Urn I purchased is actually too small for my cats Ashes, and the box was so big haha, so need to find another - lovely Urn mind.
And constructively, I would suggest stating customers to either contact via the website form OR the WhatsApp (unlike I did, i did both) and to state "wait a response" to save duplications or starting a conversation and coming back to it the following day (I think the WhatsApp hours of work should be amended, unless someone really is there to answer and respond 24hours a day - thank you to
