On meeting Zoe, who advised and helped me every step of the way organising everything regarding our wishes as a family. I just couldn't have organised the funeral without her. Zoe was so friendly, welcoming and very helpful, which made a horrible situation much easier. She done an amazing job giving lots of tender, love and care to my mum in which gave me and my family a great sence of relief. The staff were warm and friendly, which meant a lot to us during our time of grief. They prepared Isaiah so well—he looked peaceful and dignified, and that brought us comfort.
