Suzanne has been more than helpful - she has helped me along the way as we arranged the funeral of my beautiful wife, Deborah, who passed into the arms of Jesus at an early age. Suzanne incorporated one of Deborah's teddies into the spray using purple ribbon (Deborah's favourite colour) as one of those touches that made all the difference. Nothing has been too much for Suzanne. Her cups of Earl Grey have always been welcome. Adam Greenwood was courteous and sensitive - allowing us mourners the space that we needed.
